It’s happened to us all. We’ve been right in the moment, shooting away, or at location beginning to shoot and it dawns upon us: the batteries are not here. Or you are in middle of shooting and notice that the memory card wasn’t formatted. You might even be in middle of that important shoot and realize that the sensor has a lot of specs on it? Perhaps you’ve even left the lenses at home?
Just for that, I’ve created this “Before You Shoot Checklist” that aims to help you to remember to pack everything down before you go! Print, or fill out digitally on your computer!

Thanks Erik for this great resource! Everyone forgets something just about everytime they head out the door — this tool will surely help those moments of forgetfulness go away!
I tweeted this link for all of the participants and leaders of Scott Kelby’s Worldwide Photowalk — hope you don’t mind!
Very glad you like it =)
Of course I don’t mind. On the contrary, really appreciate it! My goal with this checklist is that it’ll help everyone eliminate the “I forgot” moment!
