When you are working in InDesign and insert the default placeholder text, you might be searching for same variation. If you are, just activate Caps Lock and insert the Placeholder text and another text passage will be used instead.

Little known by the community is the Adobe Exchange, a database with all sorts of downloads for the entire Creative Suite that users can upload and share with everyone else.
Searching the Adobe Exchange for any given Adobe application, you are bound to find some great resources from anyone from Adobe to the guy with the website next server to yours.
If you are using a specific set of tools in Illustrator all the same, you might want to detach them from the toolbar so that you can easily select the sub-tools quickly from anywhere in your workspace.
To do this, you want to click and hold on the tool group in the toolbar and have it expand. When it does, you simply click on the little arrow at the right of the pop-up to detach them.
