You might know about the first item of the filter menu. This is always your last used filter and clicking it will allow you to re-apply it with the same settings as before.
What you maybe didn’t know about is that by holding down the Alt key on the PC or the Option key on the Mac while clicking on the last used filter, you get the dialog box of the filter and you can make any changes you want.
