I was recently put into the seat as school photography—here meaning that I photograph for the school website as well as cover school events etc.
While this is really fun, it also gets me into new challenges to photograph things I never usually do. One of these things (the subject of today’s post) is last monday when I got to shoot out christmas event that’s annuall held in a convention hall in our city. First years dance folkdances and then the choir sings and the band plays. It’s really fun, but really challenging as the light perhaps wasn’t the best. Let’s get down to the photo situation and recap of the day.
I got to the hall about an hour before anyone to start set things up and get ready before rehersals. I loaded up with things to eat as well during the rehersals. I wanted to make sure I caught all things worth photographing and filming so I knew it for the real thing later on. The plan in general went really well and I did get to catch the things that I really wanted to as well.
I am though happy about these for being the first time ever. Click on the included photos to see them larger.
